Buying from the UK

I really want to buy a glitter blank dragon, two glitter blank wingless flutters (one in each pose) & another glitter blank Boy. I also wouldn't say no to a glitter blank rearing baby & a glitter blank pegasus baby, but I went on Clipper's shop for the first four & they're only selling to Canada!!!
First question: is this only for these items or is it shop-wide??? I need to know due to my pre-order of the Christmas Babies & the last two Artistry Girls (the pre-orders), will they still post???
Secondly, why did Clipper's shop make this decision??? & why can't I find glitter blanks of anything but the dragon in Kat's shop or the Pony Business???
It's kind of annoying when you order a batch of stuff & it won't let you pay for it as you can't get past the postal address...

I think it is because of what happened with one box at Custom service in UK . Clipper can explain better. My english is not good enough for that

PHEW!!! I do hope he gets back to me on the other stuff, as I'd love to dye a few glitter-blanks... even if he only stocks up Pony Business...
